What we collect

• Messages you send us through our contact forms or email links: your name, email address, phone number, your message and any files you attach.
• Class, trip and service requests: your name, phone, email, the program or trip you chose, and a description of any equipment you want serviced.
• Reviews: your name, star rating and the words you write. Your email address, if you give it, is never shown.
• Anonymous visit counts: which page was viewed and the website that sent you here. We do not store your IP address, and we do not use tracking cookies. Visits from browsers that send a Do Not Track signal are not counted.

How we use it

We use your information only to answer you, confirm bookings or registrations, send reminders about what you signed up for, run our business and keep it secure. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who sees it

Your information goes to our staff by email and is stored on our own web hosting account. We do not use outside form, analytics, advertising or review services on this website. If you click a link to another site, such as Facebook, Instagram or Google Maps, that site has its own privacy practices.

Cookies

Visitors get no tracking cookies. Our web host may set a small security cookie to tell people from automated bots, and staff logins use a session cookie. Neither is used for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep booking, registration and message records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal obligations, then delete them. Anonymous visit counts are kept as totals only.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing info@qcscuba.com or calling us. Send a review request to remove a review you posted.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through our forms.

Medical and training paperwork

This website does not collect medical questionnaires, waivers or certification records. Those are completed with your instructor when you enroll.

We may update this policy and will change the date below when we do.
